Frozen Peanut Butter Cup Pie
Ingredients
For the Crust:

- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 1 (8oz) package neufchatel cream cheese
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (almost one 14oz can)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8oz) tub light cool whip
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, halved (about 6oz in weight)
For the Topping:
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil, optional (helps thin the chocolate)
- ½ cup mini peanut butter cups, halved (about 3oz in weight)
